1. The service
AI Growth OS is an AI-powered operating system for Shopify merchants. It connects to your Shopify store via OAuth and provides automated SEO optimization, product description generation, pricing intelligence, and inventory management features. The service is currently in beta.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@ai-growth-os.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
- Use AI-generated suggestions to publish false, misleading, or harmful product information.
- Grant us access to Shopify stores you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
4. AI-generated suggestions
AI Growth OS generates suggestions — SEO content, product descriptions, pricing changes, inventory updates. These suggestions require your explicit review and approval before being applied to your store. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before approving it. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific products.
5. Your data
You own your store data. We process it solely to deliver the service as described. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your products, descriptions, or store content.
6. No uptime guarantee (beta)
The service is provided in beta. We do not offer a service level agreement or uptime guarantee at this stage. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and will communicate planned maintenance in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Growth OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue resulting from AI-generated changes applied to your store.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your store connections will be revoked and your data handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
